Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $160,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Seeking a talented and collaborative Construction Project Manager with experience managing projects in the healthcare and/or life sciences sector, which may include hospitals, medical facilities, biology, cell/gene therapy, chemistry, pharmaceutical, cGMP process manufacturing, bio-containment, public health and/or clinical labs.

The qualified Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

Managing project construction teams on multiple projects

Assisting business development and estimating in developing new project and clients

Participation in project interviews and presentations

Managing client relations and providing exceptional service

Developing bid package scopes of work

Subcontract negotiations and awards

Material procurement / submittal management

Change order management

Developing and updating of project schedules

Project payment applications

Preparing project financial projections, cash flows and monthly reports

Reporting project status to management team

Managing project close out

Assisting the estimating department

Pre-Construction Management

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in the Construction industry, including project management experience in the healthcare and/or life sciences sector

3+ years of experience managing construction project financial controls and project schedules

Proficiency in reading and understanding plans and specifications

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Project control software

Knowledge of project financials (invoice approval, requisitions, internal reporting)

OSHA 30
