Engineering Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Engineering Program Manager in Austin, TX.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of strong hands-on program management experience
* Direct experience working with cross-functional teams, engineering leadership, technical teams and individual contributors
* Experience managing organization wide, large scale, high impact programs
* Proven success on establishing organization-wide processes
* Direct work experience in an engineering program management capacity to drive large technical initiatives including all aspects of process development and execution
* Experience managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs executed through multiple geographic locations
* Program Management
* Experience with Agile Methodologies
* Experience with full stack implementations, GitHub, CI/CD and microservices/APIs
* Cross-functional collaboration
* Knowledge of complex technical ecosystems and adequate technical depth
* Ability to quickly adapt to faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred (not required):
* Experience working in Security domain

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
