Enterprise Applications Leader Retail ERP & Operations
We are seeking a hands-on Applications Leader to oversee and enhance our retail ERP platforms, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role will cover key areas including point-of-sale systems, inventory management, financial processes, and customer relationship management.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure the ERP systems effectively support both everyday operations and strategic growth initiatives. You will lead internal teams and coordinate with external partners to deliver seamless system performance and continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
Lead the administration, enhancement, and support of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment
Manage core retail functions such as POS, warehouse operations, finance, and CRM modules
Design and deploy system customizations, integrations, and upgrades aligned with business requirements
Translate organizational needs into practical technical solutions
Oversee project lifecycles from initiation through implementation and post-launch support
Mentor internal staff and manage relationships with third-party vendors
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to avoid business disruptions
Ensure the ERP platform remains reliable and scalable to support business objectives
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Strong expertise in retail modules: POS, warehouse management, finance, and CRM
Proven track record managing ERP implementations, preferably in retail or similar sectors
Effective communication skills bridging technical teams and business stakeholders
Experience managing vendors and external partners
Willingness to be based onsite in, TX, or relocate (limited travel expected)
