Technical Product Support Analyst
Location: Fort Mill, SC
Responsibilities:
User-centric software solutions to support our 10,000+ home office users.
Provide product support and performance metrics.
Act as a product advocate while aligning with enterprise architecture and product standards.
Support and refine product roadmaps using metrics to measure and target improvements.
Communicate product strategy, outcomes, and risks to stakeholders and executives.
Assist with sprint planning, ensuring work is captured in Jira or ServiceNow.
Define business requirements clearly through epics and user stories.
Collaborate with third-party vendors on roadmaps, contracts, and deliverables.
Maintain and prioritize product epics and feature backlogs.
Translate features into sprint-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with business partners to ensure complete requirement capture.
Qualifications:
Experience supporting technology users and products (1+ years required).
Product Owner or Analyst experience with technology products (1+ years).
Agile/Scrum methodology experience (1+ years preferred but not required).
Passion for user experience and continuous product improvement.
Experience in creating self-help documentation and support tools.
Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
Estimated Max Rate: $33.00
