Job Details
Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite) - Need locals only
Duration: Long-term
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through execution, delivery, and post-launch support.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and status reviews.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, roadmaps, and technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Support resource planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination when required.
- Drive continuous improvement across project execution and delivery processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or similar role.
- Strong technical understanding of software development, system integrations, APIs, cloud systems, or infrastructure.
- Proven experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management frameworks.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or other relevant certifications.
- Background in telecom, SaaS, networking, data engineering, or enterprise IT.
- Experience managing multi-team or multi-vendor technical projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
