Responsibilities:
Work intake ServiceNow to ADO
Business requirements
Complete template with business
Enter business need and value into person stories
Meet with business to confirm mutual agreement
Writing documentation and maintaining wiki pages
Skillsets:
Required Experience:
Service Management (ServiceNow, Service Desk, Cpersonrwell, etc)
Software Development Platform (Azure DevOps, Jira)
Microsoft Office and Teams
Preferred Experience:
ServiceNow
Azure DevOps
Knowledge of Agile Framework
