- A PeopleSoft Technical Consultant who should specialize in implementing, configuring, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications, ensuring they meet an organization'sspecific business requirements.
- Their expertise includes developing and customizing modules using PeopleSoft tools like PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR and BI Publisher Tools.
- They also perform system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and provide technical support.
- These consultants collaborate closely with functional teams to understand needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, and proficiency in SQL and other programming languages are essential for this role.
