Summary
We are seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure data pipelines using tools including Databricks, Snowflake, and Qlik Replicate.
Responsibilities

• Design optimized data models for analytics and reporting.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes for efficient data movement and transformation.
• Optimize query performance and data storage.
• Implement data governance, security, and access controls.
• Act as a technical expert on data management.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers.
• Ensure data quality and lineage through monitoring frameworks.
• Enforce data governance and compliance standards.
• Continuously improve data processes based on feedback and metrics.
• Address data quality issues and establish relevant metrics.
• Innovate and introduce new ideas to enhance data capabilities.

This is a 6-month Contract-for-Hire onsite opportunity for our Minneapolis, MN client.
