Job Details
- Lead the design and development of backend services and APIs using Golang to Java Scripts
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend engineers, and QA
- Mentor and guide engineers to improve coding standards and best practices
- Review code, enforce quality standards, and maintain documentation
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to the technology roadmap
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems for reliability and performance
- Stay updated with Go ecosystem and relevant technologies
- Strong proficiency in Golang and its standard libraries
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching mechanisms
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Proven leadership skills with experience leading development teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
