RPA Engineer

We're looking for an Automation Engineer in Livonia, MI to spearhead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows using RPA technologies, identify efficiencies, design, develop, and test solutions, and lead automation adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and automate workflows.
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UI Path.
• Establish and enforce standards for automation solutions.
• Document, train, and rollout RPA tools.
• Lead end-to-end RPA processes and measure their impact.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills for process discussions and diagramming.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with UiPath
• Proficiency in a programming language, Java, Python, SQL, C#
• Experience in business analysis or operations.
• Familiarity with APIs and databases.
