Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain an Client Tier 4 Public Trust clearance

Job Description:

• Hybrid- 2 days onsite/3 days remote
• We are looking for an Identity Management Engineer to be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of Okta-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• This position will work closely with internal stakeholders, including security, operations, and application teams, to implement identity management solutions that enhance both security and user experience.

Duties:

• Install, integrate, and deploy Okta solutions for application authentication and authorization.
• Implement advanced authentication services, including passwordless authentication using PIV/CAC/Smartcard technologies.
• Design and develop technical architectures for identity management, access management, and access governance software integrations.
• Document configuration and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Identity Federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.) and integrating third-party applications with Okta.
• Strong understanding of security concepts (e.g., authentication, authorization, encryption, etc.) and IAM best practices.
• Experience working with directory services, such as Active Directory and LDAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex IAM-related issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain an Client Tier 4 Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education.
• 2+ years of experience working with Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Okta Certified Professional and/or Okta Certified Administrator certification is preferred.
