Business Systems Analyst

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000

3-5+ years of experience experience as a systems analyst exceeding business objectives.
Knowledge and experience with SQL.
Experience working with ERP platforms such as Biztrack or similar systems.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Power BI a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment highly desired.
Key Duties:
- Analyze and interpret operational data
- Generate management reports and trends
- Support ERP system processes and improvements
- Partner with executives to present clear analysis
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years BSA experience
- Proficient SQL skills (must-have)
- ERP system knowledge preferred
- Manufacturing or distribution background a plus
