Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Java Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust Java applications while integrating AI/ML models to enhance product intelligence and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and services.
Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
Build APIs and microservices to support AI-driven features and data pipelines.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends in Java development and AI/ML technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

11+ years of experience in Java development (Java 8+), Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with AI/ML concepts and integrating models into applications.
Familiarity with Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) is a plus.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and deploying AI/ML models in the cloud.
Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Kafka) is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
