JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineering

REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker

JOB LOCATION: 3400 W. Plano Pkwy., Plano, TX 75075 [Hybrid position]

DUTIES: Design, code, test, debug, and document components to ensure software meets operational needs. Develop the implementation of enablers, establish critical NFRS at the solution level, and document code reviews. Collaborate on technical issues. Interpret and translate business needs to technical requirements and accurate estimates by evaluating and recommending tools, technologies, and processes. Gather requirements, analyze business needs, conducting feasibility studies, design applications and identify optimal technical implementation strategies. Offer estimates for development and testing. Collaborate with the Business Analyst to refine technical requirements. Design and develop applications utilizing Java, and REST. Conduct Unit Testing and coordinating System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Apply advanced knowledge of Mockito, JDBC, SQL, Junit, Agile, and Eclipse.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, conducting

feasibility studies, designing applications and identifying optimal technical implementation strategies; offering estimates for development and testing; collaborating with the Business Analyst

to refine technical requirements; designing and developing applications utilizing Java, and REST; conducting Unit Testing and coordinating System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing; and applying advanced knowledge of Mockito, JDBC, SQL, Junit, Agile, and Eclipse.
