Job Description:

We're seeking a pioneering Head of Machine Learning and AI to spearhead our AI revolution. Working directly with our CTO and CEO, you'll develop next-generation autonomous AI agents and advanced LLM implementations to transform wealth management. You'll push the boundaries of what's possible with generative AI, creating custom fine-tuned models that understand complex financial concepts, interpret multi-modal data, and deliver personalized insights to clients.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in cutting-edge AI/ML research and development
  • Experience at top AI research organizations (OpenAI, DeepMind, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Deep expertise in developing and fine-tuning large language models
  • Hands-on experience building autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems
  • Proven track record implementing and optimizing RAG architectures
  • Experience with multimodal AI systems
  • Strong background in function calling and tool use with LLMs
  • Practical knowledge of designing evaluation frameworks for generative AI
  • Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks/libraries
  • Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences is a plus
  • Experience applying AI in fintech or wealth management is highly desirable
