Job Title: SAP Signavio Consultant
Position Type: Contract

Job Description
We are seeking a visionary SAP Signavio Consultant to support enterprise-wide process transformation and optimization. This contract role is ideal for a highly experienced professional who brings both technical expertise and strategic insight in leveraging SAP Signavio to drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a company-wide vision for process mining using SAP Signavio.
  • ERP Integration: Lead integration efforts between Signavio and various ERP platforms including RightAngle, Oracle, Workday, and SAP, ensuring seamless data flow and process visibility.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze core business processes such as Hire-to-Retire, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash to identify inefficiencies, deviations, and standardization opportunities.
  • Decision Support: Deliver actionable recommendations based on Signavio insights, supported by data-driven business impact assessments.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop internal capability by training business analysts and process owners on using Signavio for continuous improvement.
  • Results Delivery: Drive implementation of process improvements and track measurable outcomes aligned with enterprise goals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in process mining, business transformation, or ERP optimization roles.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Signavio implementation and scaling across diverse ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes in HR, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to convert complex process data into clear, strategic business recommendations.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Experience in Oil & Gas or Energy industry environments.
  • Familiarity with change management and continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Exposure to other process mining tools and data visualization platforms.
