Role Name: Quadient Developer
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
Primary Very strong in Quadient Designer, Quadient Automation modules
Secondary Exstream/Smart Comm/ Other CCM tools
Soft Skills Strong in Professional Communication, Problem Solving and Tech Leadership
Experience 8+ Yrs of Development Experience in Quadient.
Job Description:
The Skills that are Key to this role:
Technical
- Excellent development experience in the technology stack Quadient Designer, Quadient Automation, Quadient Scaler.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing industry standard CCM solutions.
- Experience in version upgrades and maintenance of existing workflows.
- Knowledge in integration between modules and systems.
- Experience in Quadient Interactive
- Good to have the working experience in other CCM design , generation tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and work on production issues.
Behavioural
- Passion for technology and troubleshooting complex problems.
- Be Collaborative: Work in partnership with the users, Architecture and Engineering teams to design, build and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Be Creative: Promote and foster an environment of innovation to deliver new product solutions to market which help improve scale and efficiency, business growth and investment performance
- Influence Others: In partnership with the delivery and engineering leads in US and India, help advance and support product, delivery and technical practices
