JOB DESCRIPTION
An Oracle Cloud EPM Lead Consultant at KNEX manages and strengthens relationships with mid to large-size clients to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and continued business. They provide advanced technical support and configuration when requested. They act as a bridge between the client and the KNEX Services team, ensuring that client needs are understood and met. A Lead Consultant is constantly implementing and testing enhancements as well as new functionality.
This position involves setting strategic goals, leading mid to large-size client initiatives, and providing expert guidance to both clients and internal teams.
The resource should have extensive knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud EPM business processes. Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM modules, including Oracle ERP Cloud, Account
reconciliation cloud services (ARCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Services (EPRCS/Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service
(PCMCS), Data Relationship Management (DRM/EDMCS)), is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Hands-on Oracle Financials Cloud Enterprise Performance Management experience.
Identify business requirements, translate business requirements into functional and technical design, build prototypes, create process design (including scenario design and flow mapping),
lead testing and training activities, define support procedures and SLAs, and support implementations post-go-live.
Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud configuration (setup), testing, and end-user training.
Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle Cloud EPM.
Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality.
Proven project delivery from requirements through deployment and support
Work on multiple projects in parallel, responsible for the delivery of functional tasks on those projects.
Coordinate with multiple client stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the proposed solution are compatible to fulfill their needs. Discuss business problems with clients, positively influencing
outcomes.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure on-time delivery of solutions as outlined in project requirements.
Prepare and drive requirements/solutions workshops and training sessions for clients.
Prepare documentation (requirements, solution design, configuration workbooks).
Provide accurate Estimated Time to Complete (ETC) to Project Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
4-6 years of experience working with Oracle Financials Cloud, Financial Consolidation & Close (FCC), Account reconciliation cloud services (ARCS), Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud
Services (EPRCS/Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), Data Relationship Management (DRM/EDMCS))
Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud application design, development, integration, testing, and deployment
Hands-on experience with configuring Oracle Cloud EPM at least 4 Full Lifecycle implementations
Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes in Federal, State, Local, or Higher Education environments.
Deep understanding of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, GASP, FASB, FASAB)
Working knowledge of the functional aspects of Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reporting. Understanding of currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and
consolidation accounting under various GAAPs
Deep understanding of the metadata, dimensions, and their attributes along with the interdimensional relationships
Proficiency in the creation of member formulas and any customizations in FCCS/EPBCS
Experience in provisioning users and should be well-versed in the user roles
Proficiency in the creation of Business Rules - Custom consolidations, Intercompany eliminations, automating Cash Flow, Custom Translations and Currency Overrides, Dynamic calculations
Proficient in building integration artifacts in Data Management and FDMEE such as locations, maps, custom/import scripts, and handling any file-related or custom automation using
Java/Batch/Python Script
Proven project delivery through the full lifecycle from requirements through deployment/support
Excellent team leadership skills including the ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and suggest delivered/custom solutions to meet these requirements
Ability to work with the functional/technical team members to document requirements, create functional designs, and provide developers with support
Excellent client-facing communication skills
Ability to scope and manage complex projects spanning multiple products and IT solutions
Experience with cloud-based integration solutions across on-prem and cloud platforms
Oracle Cloud Certification(s) a plus but not required
