This position is on site in Cincinatti, Ohio

We are seeking a skilled Analyst to support and enhance mission-critical systems across Capital Markets, with a focus on Foreign Exchange (FX) trading and the Wallstreet Systems application. This role emphasizes infrastructure reliability, system integration, and cross-functional collaboration within an Agile framework.

You will work closely with engineering squads, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure platform stability, scalability, and alignment with evolving regulatory and operational needs.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45-$55/ hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure uptime, performance, and scalability of FX platforms, including Wallstreet Systems and Aphelion.
  • Collaborate within Agile squads to deliver incremental improvements and respond to business priorities.
  • Support integrations and workflows across trading, Sales, and Operations.
  • Partner with Data Scientists, DBAs, and Operations to deliver analytics, ETL pipelines, and automation solutions.
  • Monitor production systems and actively participate in on-call rotation to ensure stability of platform.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure strategies across on-prem environments.
  • Define deployment strategies and support CI/CD pipelines for internal and client-facing tools.
  • Continuously improve alerting, monitoring, and service reliability practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
  • Support testing efforts to ensure platform changes meet functional, performance, and reliability standards.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in platform or systems engineering, preferably within financial services or trading environments.
  • Familiarity with FX trading workflows and systems, including Wallstreet Systems or similar platforms.
  • Experience with automation and orchestration tools.
  • Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
