- Data entry driven role - transfer order information from customers into Apple systems via manual data entry with 100% accuracy.
- Support orders from multiple channels including Education, Reseller, and AOU.
- Ability to interact with customers and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Work efficiently and accurately to meet business timelines and performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills needed.
