Join us as a Sr Program Manager to spearhead the growth of our internal AI community. This exciting role involves organizing events, managing content, and driving engagement across our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for AI community events and training sessions.
  • Create and manage engaging content, including hero stories and internal communications.
  • Support initiatives for leadership activation and AI maturity development.
  • Collaborate with AI ambassadors and maintain effective feedback loops.
  • Utilize platforms like SharePoint for content distribution and internal communications.
  • Propose innovative strategies to enhance community engagement.

Skills

  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in content creation and internal communications.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in community engagement, marketing, or communications.
  • Enthusiasm for AI, though deep technical knowledge is not necessary.
