Job description:
System refresh activity. Should be able to create logical ports, partner profile, IDOC ports.
Knowledge in Software Update Manager (SUM tool) for ABAP and JAVA system as Technical upgrades and RFCs, Local client copy and export/import client copy.
Advance workload monitoring from ST03N,Buffer tuning through ST02, expertise in Single Sign-on with ABAP and JAVA application, create and renew certificates in in Enterprise Portal, troubleshooting logs in Enterprise Portal, configure system preparation, Managed system configuration, IT infrastructure configuration in Solution Manager, Knowledge on CTS+ and Control-M tool, Server migration, Starting or stopping SAP instance , OS space and disk management, SAP system monitoring for superior performance and health, Upgrading SAP kernels, Creating, controlling and managing batch jobs, request and transport management system- STMS, SAP OSS Notes implementation, Applying add-ons using SAINT and support packages using SPAM, Check background job status and work process status, Check Dump status, Verify user operations, lock table and failed updates.
Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other SAP applications. Experience in SAP Basis administration or related roles. Knowledge of SAP Cloud technologies (SAP BTP, S/4HANA Cloud). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for SAP deployment. Experience in system migration and upgrades Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders. SAP Certified is preferred. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
