Description:
JOB DUTIES: Project management for network deployment projects in the Washington/Baltimore/Virginia Market. Will drive the project and work closely with lead Project Managers to ensure all prerequisites are met to achieve integration complete. They will work closely with internal stakeholders and the Samsung integration team and Network Assurance Engineers to make sure that all sites are turned up with no errors. They will attend meetings with the Network Assurance Engineers, Construction Engineers, the Orchestration Team, and the Samsung integration team to ensure all prerequisite tasks are completed in the system prior to handing projects from team to team during the deployment process. They will create dashboards in the internal project manager tool to help give visibility to leadership. They will attend meetings with various stakeholders to make sure their piece of the project is moving in an efficient manner.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): - Project Management Experience in Wireless Telecom including an understanding of the site development process. - Project Management Experience dealing with Samsung Equipment is a plus. - Project Management Experience dealing with cellular site turn up procedures is a plus. - Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables. - The project manager?s responsibilities will include short term transition planning, long term project planning, reporting, and other responsibilities.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: College degree preferred. PMP Certification is favorable.
LOGISTICS: Standard work week hours Hybrid- Two Days per week in-office/ remaining time remote Annapolis Junction-MD-USA
