Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our client s team onsite in Plymouth, MN. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Health Cloud. You will be working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Health Cloud
• Develop and maintain reusable components using LWC and Aura
• Customize and configure Salesforce Health Cloud to meet healthcare business needs
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for development, security, and performance
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (at least 3 years)
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Flows, Process Builder, and security models
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Developer II and Health Cloud certifications are a plus)

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare industry
• Prior work with compliance-heavy environments (HIPAA, etc.)
• Knowledge of HL7 or FHIR integrations
