JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineering
REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker
JOB LOCATION: 200 S. Laurel Avenue., Bldg. A, Middletown, NJ 07748
DUTIES: Lead and manage complex technical projects that require advanced analytical skills and innovative solutions. Integrate technical principles across multiple disciplines with a deep understanding of products, services, and internal operations. Solve critical, unique problems, develop enterprise-wide solutions, and contribute to strategic business objectives. Provide technical expertise within project teams and across the company. Lead critical projects and technology initiatives. Develop innovative solutions for abstract problems with intangible variables and drive enterprise-wide integrated solutions. Oversee delivery process of software applications and services from design and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance, with focus on automation and efficient production support. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and review software requirements by creating design specifications and collaborating with engineers and architects. Execute development methodologies using various programming languages and design and implement automated test plans to validate software performance and outcomes. Provide application by resolving configuration and environment issues and supporting the software deployment processes. Conduct dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing. Produce detail reports and validate test results against expected outcomes. Build cloud-native platform on server-less architecture and host in Azure public cloud. Architect, design, and develop Engineered Service Measures (ESM) for field technicians using data from multiple sources is required. Create coaching recommendations and track performance metrics for technicians and agents by focusing on real-time stream processing, performance tuning, and optimal use of public cloud resources. Lead and deliver complex technical projects. Utilize database technologies including Snowflake and Postgres. Utilize platforms including Linux and Windows. Utilize frameworks including Spring Boot, Angular, React, and NodeJS. Utilize Core Java Multithreading, Java Collection Framework, and RESTful Web Services with JSON data format.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Statistics and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation leading and delivering complex technical projects; utilizing database technologies including Snowflake and Postgres; utilizing platforms including Linux and Windows; utilizing frameworks including Spring Boot, Angular, React, and NodeJS; utilizing Core Java Multithreading, Java Collection Framework, and RESTful Web Services with JSON data format.
