Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM modules (such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Profitability and Cost Management) and a proven track record of managing cloud-based financial transformation projects in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects, from initiation through post-go-live support.

  • Lead cross-functional teams including business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

  • Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities.

  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones in line with scope, quality, and business expectations.

  • Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.

  • Drive issue resolution and change management as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall IT project management experience, with at least 3+ years managing Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.

  • Deep understanding of Oracle EPM modules such as:

    • Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS)

    • Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)

    • Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS)

  • Strong project management skills using tools like MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar.

  • Experience managing remote, global teams and cloud-based project delivery.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud configuration or consulting experience.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ERP Cloud, or legacy Hyperion solutions.

  • Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus.
