Description
We're seeking a data-driven and business-savvy Analyst II, Business Systems to join a high-impact team at a leading insurance and financial services company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning raw data into meaningful insights, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about influencing business decisions through storytelling and analytics.
As a key resource across multiple departments, you'll help shape operational strategies by delivering actionable data, building reports, and supporting process improvements in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Key Areas of Focus
Data Analysis & KPI Monitoring - Analyze business performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Reporting & Visualization - Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS.
Data Storytelling - Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for business stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with teams across the organization to align insights with business goals.
Tool Optimization - Support the integration and tuning of analytics tools and platforms.
Daily Responsibilities
Analyze operational data and KPIs to support strategic and tactical decisions.
Create and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide tailored insights.
Present findings in a clear, actionable format to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Assist in the implementation and optimization of new tools and technologies.
Participate in Agile team activities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
