Description

SAIC is seeking talented Systems Engineers to support NSWC Crane Hypersonic programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidates will review and evaluate Technical Data Packages; participate in Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs) Design and Model Reviews; and assist with various systems engineering activities including:
  • Concept of operations formulation
  • Requirements definition
  • Technical analyses and trade studies
  • System architecting, analysis and design
  • System performance analysis
  • Interface management
  • Systems integration planning
  • Validation and verification activities
  • Drawing and Model Review
  • Preparing engineering plans and process instructions

Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and at least 5 years' experience
  • Experience designing prototypes or ensuring that design meets functional tests from procurement to validation/verification
  • Interim clearance required to start with the ability to obtain Secret Clearance SAIC will sponsor the clearance

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in product design, procurement, or production floor engineering
  • MBSE experience
  • Experience with Cameo
  • Degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering
