Title: Mean Stack Developer (Angular, ExpressJS, Node.js)
Location: Ability to be hybrid in Reston/Herndon, VA (four days onsite)

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Mean Stack Developer with expertise in Angular, ExpressJS, and Node.js to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Mean Stack Developer, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, solve complex problems, and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Development (Angular):
Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable front-end applications using Angular.
Collaborate closely with the UX/UI design team to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices.

• Backend Development (Node.js and ExpressJS):
  Build robust and scalable backend services using Node.js and ExpressJS.
  Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various databases and services.
• Testing and Debugging:
  Write unit tests and perform integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
  Debug and resolve issues across the stack.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, and other developers) to deliver high-quality software.
  Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, processes, and system architecture.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development, focusing on Angular, Node.js, and software engineering.
  Contribute to code reviews and team discussions for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of development experience.

Proficiency in Frontend Technologies:

• Strong experience with Angular, including Angular modules, components, services, and state management.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Angular CLI) and testing frameworks (Jasmine, Protractor).

Proficiency in Backend Technologies:

• Expertise in Node.js and ExpressJS for building RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

Database Management:

• Experience with both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Strong understanding of database design and optimization techniques.

Salary:

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $171,321 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
