In this key role, you'll take charge of supervising and training maintenance team members, coordinating impactful projects, and driving process improvements that keep production flowing smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity.
- Supervise and provide direction for maintenance employees on designated shifts.
- Implement process enhancements to improve package and flavor changeover efficiency.
- Build the capability of maintenance technicians through coordinated training.
- Assign and coordinate daily work orders and tasks for mechanics.
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities and special projects.
- Involved in hiring, coaching, and conducting performance reviews for employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree, trade or technical school, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of maintenance manufacturing experience and/or a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmissions, PLC systems, conveyors, airveyors, and electrical systems. Experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus.
