Job Title:    Mainframe With Production Support Environment
Location:    Grand Rapids, Michigan (Onsite Work Opportunity)
Duration:    24+ Months 

Job Duties Include but are not limited to the following:
•    Ready to work in 24*7 production support environment and on-call rotation.
•    8+ years of experience in troubleshooting incidents, service requests, and escalations and resolving issues in Mainframe batch and online – JCL/Cobol/DB2/CICS/SQL/Easytrieve.
•    Provide L2 and L3 analysis, root cause analysis on complex incidents.
•    Provide permanent fix for recurring issues. Look for optimization opportunities.
•    Good experience working on Stored procedures.
•    Develop small programs and code enhancements as needed.
•    Any experience on cloud initiatives and mainframe modernization initiatives is a plus.
•    - Knowledge of utilities like FILEAID, SPUFI, VSAM, CA7 etc
