Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) with 15+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation initiatives, ensuring best practices, scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
This role requires hands-on architectural leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex ServiceNow transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
Act as the overall ServiceNow Technical Architect, owning end-to-end platform architecture.
Define enterprise ServiceNow architecture standards, governance models, and best practices.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across ServiceNow modules.
Lead multi-instance and domain-separated architectures where applicable.
HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
Architect and implement HRSD solutions including:
Employee Service Center
HR Case Management
Lifecycle Events
Knowledge Management
Configure HR workflows, data models, and integrations aligned with HR policies and compliance standards.
Ensure seamless employee experiences through automation and self-service.
Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor developers, admins, and implementation teams.
Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and code quality.
Drive adherence to ServiceNow best practices, performance optimization, and upgrade strategies.
Integrations & Platform Capabilities
Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, APIs, and third-party tools.
Oversee data migration, CMDB alignment, and identity integrations (SSO, LDAP, Azure AD).
Ensure security, access controls, and compliance with enterprise IT standards.
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
Engage with senior business stakeholders, HR leadership, and IT executives.
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Support presales, effort estimation, roadmap planning, and risk mitigation.
Lead architecture design reviews and executive-level presentations.
Required Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD
Experience
15+ years of overall IT experience.
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Strong HRSD domain knowledge and enterprise HR process understanding.
