Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
We're looking for an experienced and curious SEO Strategist/Analyst to join our digital strategy team where you'll own SEO from strategy through execution -making sure our clients show up where (and when) it matters most.
You'll be responsible for translating SEO strategy into actionable, results-driven recommendations tailored to client marketing goals. This role demands deep expertise in SEO and the ability to take full ownership of SEO strategy, implementation, and performance analysis.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams-including creative, UX, and content teams-to ensure optimized, search-intent-driven content that performs across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms. Ideal candidates will be data-savvy, innovative, and skilled in aligning SEO practices with broader digital marketing objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Lead end-to-end SEO strategy development for client engagements
Conduct in-depth keyword research and refresh/maintain target keyword lists to align with client business goals
Provide on-page optimization recommendations and implement updates to title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and structured data
Execute link-building initiatives to enhance domain authority through internal linking and quality backlinks
Leverage SEO tools and platforms to optimize content discovery and ranking performance
Perform comprehensive content and technical audits, site migrations, and structural analyses
Monitor, interpret, and report on key SEO KPIs; deliver insights for continuous improvement
Conduct recurring technical SEO audits across sites to identify and resolve performance issues
Develop and present actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance organic visibility and traffic
Define measurement frameworks and contribute to analytics reporting strategies
Partner with UX to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across design
Contribute to ongoing website updates and enhancements, keeping SEO top of mind
Ensure information architecture and site structure support long-term SEO goals
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience; agency or multi-client experience strongly preferred
Skills:
Deep knowledge of keyword research methodology and on-page SEO strategy
Proven experience conducting technical and content SEO audits
Advanced link-building knowledge and backlink profile management
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools, including GA4, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, AWR, and similar platforms
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and content strategists
