- Resolve escalated technical issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices.
- Install and upgrade systems, software, and hardware.
- Monitor performance and apply updates, patches, and security measures.
- Support cloud-based backup solutions.
- Document IT processes and configurations.
- Collaborate with IT teams for efficient service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and client communication.
Requirements
