Job Details
Role : Service Cloud (salesforce ) and PMO Senior practitioner.
Location Bay Area CA ( working 5 days a week in Client office)

- Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to streamline customer service workflows, automation, and case management in support of front office transformation.
- Apply PMO best practices to manage project timelines, resource allocation, and reporting, ensuring successful Operations.
- Support troubleshooting of integration issues using MuleSoft to improve data flow and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to trouble shoot issues and validate requirements into technical solutions .
- Provide technical guidance, resolve complex issues, and champion adoption of Service Cloud capabilities aligned to project objectives.
- Work with India team daily status updates and handoffs
