Job Details

Job Title:- Oracle EBS Developer

Job Location:- Remote (Travel will be to Ohio or Michigan)

Long Term Contract

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience as a software developer using Agile methodologies in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL for writing stored procedures, function, and packages to support high-volume transactional systems.
  • Strong experience using Appworx to orchestrate and monitor job workflows across multiple systems and tools (Informatica and shell scripts) enabling end-to-end automation and data flow reliability.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with experience working within the Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) module.
  • Strong understanding of supply planning, supply chain processes, and ERP integrations.
  • Familiarity with mainframe and supplier systems integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with UTF for test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Visual Basic for legacy scripting and application support.
  • Previous experience migrating to Oracle Fusion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within Oracle EBS, focusing on ASCP and related planning modules.
  • Enable pull-based supply planning capabilities by integrating ERP with supplier and mainframe systems.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of new planning features and tools to internal stakeholders and supply base users.
  • Investigate, triage, and resolve critical service outages impacting planning and ERP systems.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain and operations teams to improve delivery execution and system responsiveness.
  • Build and automate performance monitoring, alerting, and configuration drift detection for key services.
  • Conduct impact assessments for production changes and perform root cause analyses for systemic issues.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
