Job Title - Transformation Readiness Lead


Location - Milwaukee 
Term - 12-month Contract (possible extensions)
Rate - $58 to $70 per hour on W2 with Benefits 
Work Environment  - Remote, some travel to headquarters

Our client is seeking a dynamic Capability Center Lead – Business Readiness & Adoption to design, launch, and scale our new Capability Center — a global hub that equips teams with the frameworks, tools, training, and coaching needed to embed readiness and adoption into every transformation initiative.

This role will build and lead a centralized function that reduces change fatigue, accelerates adoption, and ensures sustainable transformation outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving a consistent, enterprise-wide approach to business readiness and adoption across our company.


Key Responsibilities

Build & Operate the Capability Center

  • Establish the Capability Center as a global resource for readiness and adoption.

  • Define the center’s service model, governance, and scalable offerings.

  • Develop and maintain toolkits, playbooks, assessments, and digital resources that support enterprise transformations.

Change Readiness & Adoption

  • Create a unified, enterprise-wide approach to readiness and adoption.

  • Develop frameworks to assess organizational readiness and measure adoption effectiveness.

  • Partner with HR, IT, and Transformation Leaders to embed readiness practices into program delivery.

Learning & Development

  • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop training modules, workshops, and digital content.

  • Facilitate capability-building sessions and coach leaders, project managers, and teams.

  • Integrate change leadership principles into our broader learning programs.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build sponsorship and accountability with leaders across regions and functions.

  • Ensure communications and engagement efforts promote clarity, confidence, and commitment.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, resilience, and transformational energy.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track key performance indicators, including adoption rates, readiness scores, training completion, and leadership behaviors.

  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes continuously.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Organizational Development, HR, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 8+ years in Organizational Change Management, Business Readiness, or Transformation roles.

  • Proven success leading enterprise-level readiness or change capability initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale frameworks, toolkits, and adoption methodologies.

Skills:

  • Deep expertise in change readiness, adoption measurement, and capability development.

  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate across a complex, global organization.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on connecting readiness metrics to business outcomes.

Certifications:

  • Prosci or equivalent Organizational Change Management certification is highly desirable.
