Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5years of experience in business analysis, IAM, IT operations, or a similar function.
- Experience with technical writing and translating complex concepts into user-friendly content.
- Experience in understanding and documenting business processes in alignment with risk frameworks.
- Proficiency with Confluence or simitar collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work across functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with mainframe environments and IAM concepts.
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
- Background in change management or process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar agile product delivery tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
What You Will Be Doing
- Process Documentation & Translation:
- Collect, review, and validate documentation from product and engineering teams detailing the processes to consume their IAM-related services.
- Translate technical and procedural information into intuitive and accessible content on Confluence pages for internal self-service use.
- Communication & Enablement:
- Develop and maintain communication materials (e.g., infographics, decks, newsletters, and Confluence posts) to socialize IAM concepts, project goals, deliverables, and status updates to various stakeholders.
- Support enablement sessions or training initiatives by developing slide decks, one-pagers, or quick reference guides.
- Business Role Management Coordination:
- Partner with business units to coordinate efforts to create, modify, certify, and delete business roles across all mainframe applications.
- Help define and refine standard operating procedures and workflows to support scalable and auditable role lifecycle processes.
- Track and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement related to role management.
