Physical Requirements
Willingness and demonstrated ability to work in the following physical conditions with reasonable accommodation:
o Regularly lift and/or move up to 39 pounds independently

Job Description
The Assistant Construction Manger's primary responsibility is to be the remote and on-site support person regarding small to medium sized construction projects. This role will be the support person for multiple projects throughout the Northwest Region (Washington/Oregon). The role will be managed by the Regional Construction Project Manager, having the following deliverables:
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Management and support of contractors, sub-contractors, field installers and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established design, practices, procedures and regulations
Attend meetings as required (both on site and virtual)
Provide detailed daily project updates
Manage and oversee the commissioning Building Monitoring Systems (BMS)
Coordinate and communicate change
Technical writing to support customer field reports and closeout documentation
This role acts as EnerSys's front line when it comes to hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment construction, Project Management and Project Closeout
Be able to support multiple projects simultaneously
Monitor daily work requests and manage to resolution, and execute projects from conception to completion
Remote and on-site support of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & local legislation
Supervise troubleshooting, root cause analysis and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
