Position Title: Java Backend Lead Developer
Location: Southlake, TX 3 days a week, Day one onsite.
Duration: (Full Time-FTE)

Job Description

  • Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.
  • Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
  • Good Communication.
  • 100% written confirmation on working from the client office no remote working (not negotiable)
  • Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka. Should have hands-on experience in their current projects
  • Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
  • Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
  • MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).
