Job Details
Job Title: Dynamics/Power Apps Developer
Location: Washington, D.C. (Onsite 4 day/week)
Duration: 12 months contract

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level solutions using Power Platform tools: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud Flows), and Dataverse.

Leverage Microsoft Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and implement modern authentication mechanisms.

Build integrations with SharePoint, Office 365, and third-party data sources using custom and standard connectors.

Implement DevSecOps and ALM practices on Power Platform using Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM Accelerator.

Apply industry best practices and governance models for Power Platform environments including environment strategies, DLP policies, and security roles.

Create reusable components and maintain frameworks for scalable development across business units.

Perform bulk data updates, backend jobs, and automation routines via Power Automate and related technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Document technical designs, implementation approaches, and provide rationale for selected solutions.

Operate effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprints and standups.

5+ years of experience in Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

8+ years of overall experience in software development using Microsoft technologies including .NET, C#, SharePoint, and Azure.

Proven expertise in Dataverse architecture, environment management, and governance.

Solid understanding of Power Platform licensing, connectors, and integration scenarios.

Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, branching strategies, and release management.

Familiarity with security processes, role-based access control, and governance in cloud environments.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and present complex technical solutions clearly.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.

Exposure to CI/CD automation specific to Power Platform environments.

Microsoft Certifications related to Power Platform or Azure are a plus.
