Job Description
Develop/implement the firm's long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Ensure the firm's financial health, including managing cash flow, investments, and profitability.
Monitor and improve internal systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead the firm's management team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
Represent the firm to clients, investors, and the public.
Oversee marketing, client acquisition, and business development efforts to expand the client base.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a CEO or Head of Staff for a law firm is a must and requires
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a firm, particularly in a professional service environment.
Develop and implement strategic plans and business development initiatives.
Understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and performance metrics.
Effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, partners, and staff.
Identify and resolve complex issues, make sound judgments, and lead the firm through challenges.
A broad understanding of business principles and practices.

The firm s total headcount is 35, with 20 attorneys. The position will report to the 4 Board of Directors and be in a hybrid setting. (Garden City, NY)
