RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO.
Responsibilities will include:
* Driving the management of scope, schedule and budget in coordination with IT delivery teams
* Working with limited guidance from an experienced Program or Project Manager who has ultimate accountability; This is a collaborative role, not an administrative role
* Manage and control aspects of project delivery (triple constraint: scope, schedule and budget) for large-scale, comprehensive project delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP or Agile certification or Six Sigma Green Belt; Or higher desired
* Practical project management experience for 8+ years strongly preferred, PM experience within IT, network, data center or Infrastructure preferred
* Experience with SDLC (Waterfall and/or AGILE)
* Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio; Experience with MS Project
* Experience with multiple large-scale project implementations a must; Software Asset Management, Software Compliance or IT Security a plus; Exposure to network and/or data center tools a plus
* Competency with PM tools and techniques (word, excel, ppt, Visio, MS project, etc.)
* Desire to learn and be part of the solution
* Organization and strong communication (written and verbal) skills required
* Relationship building and critical analysis
* Must be a self-starter and who can think like an owner and has the ability to learn and understand what makes the business customer tick so that they can anticipate needs and issues
* Ability to manage triple constraint and PM fundamentals
* Ability to organize and manage tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to critically analyze business situations and assist in developing solutions
* Ability to collaborate with high performing teams
* Ability to clearly, concisely and accurately communicate at project level, manager level and executive level
* Able to quickly navigate a large enterprise and build relationships with multiple teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
