RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote HRIS Oracle HCM Solutions Architect to join their team.
Summary:
This dedicated resource will support current and future integrations related to security, data, and feeds. They will serve as the P&C HRIS SME for integrations and security and will liaise with the other teams to manage all related production configurations. Their responsibilities will include managing all security roles and privileges, supporting ISQM audits, addressing outstanding Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis requirements, and supporting incoming acquisition with data requirements. They will oversee data security, governance, monitoring, and retention rules, supporting Core HR configurations, reporting, playing a key role in managing integrations, data mapping, and security configurations as we onboard current and future M&As.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate on Oracle Cloud including integrations, data migrations, and custom reporting
* Design and enforce Oracle Cloud Security policies and conduct security gap analyses
* Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
* Potentially develop and optimize dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools using OTBI, BI Publisher, Power BI, and Tableau
* Partner with IT architects in relation to data architecture, ETL processes, and data warehouse design using Oracle ADW, ODI, and Alteryx
* Provide technical mentorship to cross-functional teams
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA
* Present technical solutions and roadmaps business stakeholders
* Author and update new and existing artifacts related to project requirements and configurations
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years of experience in Oracle BI and Cloud platforms
* Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP), OAC, OIC, and Autonomous Data Warehouse
* High level of proficiency in Oracle HCM data retention and security functionality
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
