Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Copado Source Format Release Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce CI/CD pipelines. This role requires expert-level experience in Copado, strong knowledge of Source Format repository structures, and the ability to integrate and manage CI/CD workflows with Azure DevOps (ADO). The candidate will work directly with client stakeholders and guide enterprise DevOps transformation.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to gather CI/CD requirements and evaluate current DevOps maturity.
Define scalable Copado architecture aligned with enterprise release standards.
Design, configure, and implement Copado Source Format repositories following Salesforce DX and modular development best practices.
Drive version control strategies, branching models, code review processes, automated validations, and release governance standards.
Troubleshoot issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures, merge conflicts, metadata inconsistencies, and deployment challenges.
Establish and enforce enterprise DevOps and release management practices across multiple teams.
Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams and junior DevOps engineers on Copado Source Format usage and release readiness.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure smooth release execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
2 4+ years of deep hands-on Copado experience with Source Format implementations at an architect or lead level.
Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture, Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, modular development, and multi-org release patterns.
Proven experience leading CI/CD design sessions and translating business requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
Demonstrated ability to scale CI/CD frameworks and enforce release governance across large, distributed teams.
Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
