Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

Job Description:
- The Salesforce Data Cloud Architect is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-scale data solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- This role requires deep expertise in Data Cloud, data architecture, integrations, governance, AI-driven solutions, and customer data platforms.
- The architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to define strategies, lead implementations, support development teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions that drive business outcomes.
- 8 10+ years of experience in Salesforce and enterprise data platforms.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Data Cloud architecture, objects, data models, data lake objects, harmonization, calculated insights, and identity resolution.
- Expertise in Data Cloud Query Language and segmentation strategies.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, data governance, MDM, data lakes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience designing large-scale customer data platforms and unified data platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Expertise in API-based integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
- Proven experience architecting Agentforce solutions with AI and ML integrations with Data Cloud, including integrations with model builder and external LLMs.
- Strong grounding in real-time personalization, predictive insights, and recommendation engines.
- Experience working with clients in the USA and coordinating between onsite and offshore teams.
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Designing and implementing data architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Working with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360) and technologies such as MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, and API frameworks.
- Using Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader and Einstein Analytics.
- Applying data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance practices.
- Working with ETL processes and middleware platforms.
- Healthcare domain experience (preferred).
- Design the data architecture strategy for Salesforce Data Cloud aligned with business needs.
- Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise systems.
- Establish and enforce data governance practices ensuring data accuracy, quality, security, and compliance.
- Define scalable and maintainable data models and structures within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Lead the implementation of Customer 360 solutions to enable comprehensive customer insights.
- Integrate AI-driven analytics and predictive models leveraging Data Cloud insights.
- Work with enterprise architecture teams on Salesforce data modeling.
- Support development teams to ensure efficient and accurate implementation of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning-based solutions.
- Provide multiple solution approaches for complex business scenarios.
- Strong Salesforce Data Cloud expertise.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide development teams.
