Description
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workplace Technology Specialist to join our Workplace Technology Team. This role is essential in delivering seamless technology experiences across the organization-supporting employees, maintaining core collaboration systems, and executing special IT projects that improve how we work.
Requirements
Build and deploy laptops for new hires and warranty replacements.
Provision new user accounts and ensure proper onboarding.
Execute endpoint patching and remediation tasks from the Information Security team.
Administer/Support conference room AV systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
Manage and support all digital signage hardware across locations.
Configure and support the RingCentral phone system.
Maintain asset inventory accuracy throughout the hardware lifecycle.
Assist in the administration and configuration of the Helpdesk ticketing platform.
Drive and support the full lifecycle of special technology-related projects.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience.
Expected Experience, Skills, and Education:
2+ years in IT support or systems administration.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Excellent project management skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra), RingCentral, AV systems, Helpdesk Ticketing software, RMM tools, PowerShell script creation, digital signage preferred.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.
