Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to support P&C Insurance product implementation and AI-driven product initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to define product requirements.
Analyze and document business processes for P&C Insurance product implementations.
Support AI-driven product initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and provide insights for solution design.
Create and maintain detailed product documentation, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
Track and report progress, highlighting risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
Support testing, UAT, and post-implementation activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst in software product implementation.
Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance products and workflows.
Experience in AI-driven product implementations is highly desirable.
Proficiency in documenting requirements, creating user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
