Job Description:
Gridiron IT is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our NEAS automation team. This team is seeking a motivated individual with a diverse background as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer and should ideally have 5-8 years of experience with developing and implementing enterprise applications in a Microsoft environment:
Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team while designing and implementing complex SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
  • This role involves developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to drive business applications and data-driven insights
  • Lead and mentor a team of SharePoint and Power Platform developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output and professional growth
  • Design, develop, and implement complex solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform technologies, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations
  • Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create effective business applications and provide data-driven insights
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that address their requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates, features, and best practices in SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform technologies
  • Power Apps: Building canvas and model-driven apps.
  • Power Automate: Creating automated workflows.
  • Power BI: Developing reports and dashboards.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite for integration purposes.
  • Align AI strategy with business objectives, ensuring that AI initiatives support and enhance organizational goals

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience as a Developer / Software Engineer with a focus on Microsoft enterprise application technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Power Platform, etc)
  • 3-5 years of experience specifically with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development, and customization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance best practices for SharePoint and Power Platform
  • Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $45-60hourly (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
