Job Title: Salesforce Technical Project Manager
Location: Bay Area, CA
Duration: Fulltime with CR
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Salesforce projects across different workstreams, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive sponsors to align project goals and expectations.
- Define project scope, roadmap, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and post-implementation support.
- Drive Agile and SAFe methodologies, leading key Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, such as:
- Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
- PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt Workshops
- Backlog Grooming and Release Planning
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks proactively.
- Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Administrators to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and balance workload across onshore and offshore teams.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and drive decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security protocols, and governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, preferably in Salesforce implementations.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, APIs, middleware) and Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
- Experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore models).
- Salesforce Consultant Certification (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) is required.
PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP certification is a plus
